G Center

The G Center, also called the Identity center, holds a person's sense of self, their magnetic direction in life, and, when defined, their capacity for love. When defined, identity and direction stay stable wherever the person goes. When undefined, both shift depending on context and company, and it is common to borrow someone else's identity or life direction rather than settling into one's own. Recognizing that pattern is the first step toward not doing it.
