Spleen Center

Spleen Center

The Spleen Center governs instinct, intuition, and in-the-moment survival awareness: the body's oldest and quietest sense. When defined, a person has consistent access to instinctive knowing about what is safe right now. When undefined, that instinct is inconsistent, and fears or anxieties absorbed from other people can be mistaken for one's own, making it harder to trust the gut sense of safety when it does speak up.
