Gate 36, Crisis

Known as Crisis, Gate 36's hexagram theme is Darkening of the Light. This gate moves along a spectrum from the raw pull of Darkening of the Light toward the more grounded, everyday quality of Intensity, culminating (rarely, and only with real awareness) in Emotional Experience.
