Ascendant in Sagittarius

Rising in Sagittarius, the manner is easy and unguarded, quick to laugh and quick to say what it thinks. Jupiter rules the chart, so its placement sets the scale of the approach. Formality sits badly, and so does being tied down by a schedule. The candor is usually taken well, though it occasionally arrives before the tact does. An accurate birth time is required.
