Jupiter conjunct Uranus

Jupiter and Uranus meet about every fourteen years, so this is a generational marker read individually through house placement. Together they produce a taste for the sudden opportunity: these people back the unproven thing, are drawn to reform, invention and anything that promises a break with the old arrangement, and have a reputation for luck that is mostly a willingness to move fast. The cost is instability. Gains arrive suddenly and leave the same way, and a temperament this keen on the new has little patience for the maintenance that keeps a gain.
