Sun square or opposite Pluto
Identity in tension with power, repeating control struggles until the pattern is recognized and owned.
Identity and power grind against each other, so these people meet control as an outside force before they recognize it as an inside one. Early life often includes domination by a parent or an institution, and the adult pattern repeats until it is seen. Struggles over money, sex and authority recur. The aspect has a reputation for producing survivors, and the reputation is earned: what it forces is an honest inventory of one's own will to control, which few charts undertake voluntarily. The failure mode is a lifetime of power contests with no inventory taken at all.
