Quincunx

Quincunx is an aspect of adjustment and mystery; the 150° angle creates awkward geometry where the two planets can't easily understand each other. There's often a sense that something needs fine-tuning, but the path to alignment isn't obvious. These aspects require patience and experimentation: the two energies want to work together (more harmoniously than squares), but they speak different languages. A Sun-Neptune quincunx, for instance, asks for a sense of identity that makes room for nebulous spiritual or imaginative impulses; the adjustment is gradual and never fully "solved."
