Yod

A Yod (nicknamed the "Finger of Fate") is formed by two planets in sextile, each quincunx (150°) to a third planet at the apex. The two supporting planets work together comfortably enough, but neither sits in easy aspect to the apex, which is what gives a Yod its reputation: a slow-building, awkward-fitting pressure toward the apex planet's themes that resolves less through effort and more through an eventual, almost inevitable turn of events.
