Southern Hemisphere Emphasis

The southern hemisphere is the upper half of the chart, houses seven through twelve, above the horizon. A majority of planets there traditionally suggests a life that plays out in view, with work, reputation and dealings with other people taking up more room than private concerns. It indicates nothing about fame, only about where the attention goes. Like the other hemispheres it is defined by the horizon axis and the house cusps, so an accurate birth time is required, and a rounded time can move a planet across the line.
