Neptune in the 12th house

The 12th house covers solitude, retreat and the unconscious, and Neptune is at home in it. Sensitivity runs high, dreams are vivid, and these people absorb the mood of a place with no wish to. Contemplative practice, art and quiet service suit the placement. The cost is porousness: crowds exhaust, other people's distress gets carried as though it were their own, and time alone is a requirement that is easy to mistake for unfriendliness.
