Pluto in the 9th house

The 9th house rules long travel, higher study, belief and law. Pluto here holds convictions that go all the way down. Beliefs are not adopted casually and not surrendered easily, and these people often go through a complete change of worldview at least once. Study runs deep rather than wide, and travel can be a turning point. The cost is the conviction that will not be questioned, and a tendency to treat disagreement about ideas as a contest for power.
