Jupiter in Virgo
Jupiter in Virgo grows through skill and service, in steady small increments.
Virgo is mutable earth ruled by Mercury, and Jupiter is in its detriment here: the sign narrows where Jupiter widens. Growth comes through skill, work and useful service rather than grand gestures, and these people improve steadily by doing a job properly. Generosity shows up as help with the details nobody else wants. The cost is a small frame, since correcting a fault absorbs the attention an opportunity deserved, and an offer gets negotiated down until very little of it is left.
