Mercury in Leo

Leo is fixed fire ruled by the Sun. Mercury here speaks with presence: these people are natural storytellers, comfortable holding a room, and they put their convictions plainly. Their speech is warm, generous and often funny, and they teach well because they enjoy the performance of explaining. The difficulty is pride in an opinion, since being corrected in public stings and a position gets defended past the point of being right. The fixed quality means a view stated firmly tends to stay stated.
