Venus

Venus is the planet of love, attraction, and value. It rules romantic desire, aesthetic sensibility, and how a person relates to others in intimate and social contexts. Venus shows what kind of partner appeals, what seems beautiful, and what brings pleasure and comfort. It's also the planet of money and material resources: not earning (that's Mars/Saturn), but how what is had gets spent and enjoyed. When retrograde, Venus suggests a more introspective approach to love and values: taking time to recognize what is truly wanted in relationships, unconventional aesthetics or desires, or a need to process attraction internally before expressing it outwardly.
