The Progressed Moon

The progressed Moon moves about one degree a month, covering a sign in roughly two and a half years and the whole chart in about twenty seven to twenty eight years. It is the fastest-moving factor in progressions and the most useful for timing mood, focus and domestic circumstance. Its sign describes the prevailing emotional tone of a period and its house describes where attention is going. Its return to the natal position near ages twenty seven and fifty five marks a recognized change of chapter. It describes climate rather than incident.
