The Lovers

The Lovers card is about core alignment, values clarification, and relationship as a mirror for the self. Its shadow is fragmentation, or looking outside the self for a completion that was never going to arrive from elsewhere; its gift is harmonious synthesis and relationships built on mutual sovereignty rather than need. The lesson is recognizing that relationships reflect one's own internal integration back.
