Lunar Authority

Lunar Authority is exclusive to Reflectors, whose chart has no center consistently defined at all; the entire chart shifts with whatever is in the surrounding environment on a given day. The guidance is to let time itself do the deciding: a full lunar cycle, about 28 days, sampling how a choice feels as the Moon moves through all 64 gates before committing to anything significant.
