Midheaven in Libra

In Libra, the public role is relational: negotiating, advising, representing, making things look and feel right. Venus rules this Midheaven, so the sign, house and aspects of Venus shape the career. Typical fields include law, mediation, design, the arts, diplomacy and client-facing work, and a business partnership suits this placement better than solitary trading. The difficulty is decision, since a career can stall while options are weighed, and the wish to please everyone makes an unpopular line hard to hold. An accurate birth time is required.
