Midheaven in Virgo

In Virgo, standing is earned through skill and accuracy, and the reputation is usually for catching what other people miss. Mercury rules this Midheaven, so the sign, house and aspects of Mercury shape the career. Typical fields include health, research, editing, analysis, engineering and any specialist craft. Advancement here comes from a proven record rather than from self-promotion, which suits the temperament. The difficulty is perfectionism, which keeps good work unfinished and leads this person to undersell a strong one. An accurate birth time is required.
