Mercury trine or sextile Pluto

Depth and thought cooperate. These people research thoroughly without strain, keep confidences, and see the motive behind a statement as easily as the statement. Strategy comes naturally and so does discretion. The soft version of Pluto has its usual weakness: a perceptive faculty that is never challenged gets used for small advantages, reading a room to win a negotiation rather than to understand anything. The capacity for genuinely transformative thought sits available and unused, because nothing has required the person to take their own mind apart.
