Mercury trine or sextile Saturn

Discipline supports the mind here. These people concentrate well, organize material sensibly, and can sit with a difficult subject long after other charts have lost interest. They are believed because they do not overstate. The problem is that competence this comfortable is rarely pushed: the mind stays orderly and conservative, works within the method it was taught, and has no particular reason to question the frame. Saturn only produces mastery under pressure, and this aspect supplies none, so the result is usually a reliable professional rather than an original one.
