Neptune trine or sextile Pluto
A sextile held by almost everyone alive, background context rather than an individual signature.
The sextile between Neptune and Pluto has persisted for most of the twentieth century and into the present because the two move at similar apparent speeds, which means nearly everyone alive carries it. An aspect held by an entire population describes nothing about an individual. It is read only when a personal planet or an angle is drawn into the configuration, and even then the houses do the work. Interpreters should treat it as background, and should be suspicious of any reading that makes a shared sextile sound like a personal gift.
