Jupiter in the 9th house

The 9th house rules long travel, higher study, law, publishing and belief, and Jupiter is at home in it. These people study, travel and believe in earnest, and many teach or publish what they find. Foreign countries and cultures run through the life. Meaning is a working requirement rather than a hobby. The difficulty is conviction without examination: the enthusiasm that carries a good philosophy will carry a bad one just as far, and dogma is the failure mode.
