Jupiter in Gemini
Jupiter in Gemini grows through ideas and contacts, and spreads itself thin.
Gemini is mutable air ruled by Mercury, and Jupiter is in its detriment here: the sign divides attention where Jupiter wants scope. Growth comes through information, contacts and conversation, and these people gather a great deal of all three. They teach, write and introduce people to each other easily. The cost is depth, since breadth stands in for mastery, and a belief taken up enthusiastically is dropped as soon as a more interesting one appears. Promises outrun what one person can deliver.
