Mars in Libra

Libra is cardinal air ruled by Venus, and Mars is in its detriment here: the sign negotiates where Mars would rather act. These people move through persuasion, charm and a strong sense of what is fair, and they are most effective when the cause involves someone besides themselves. Direct confrontation is uncomfortable and gets postponed. The cost is passivity and a buildup of unspoken resentment, since anger is held back until it comes out in a burst that surprises the people around them.
