Pluto in Libra
Pluto in Libra remakes marriage, law and the terms of equality.
Libra is cardinal air ruled by Venus, and Pluto's passage here marks a generation. What is remade is partnership and law: marriage, contracts, the terms of equality and what justice is expected to deliver. This generation will not accept an arrangement simply because it is customary. The cost is a power struggle inside relationships, since fairness gets demanded rather than negotiated, and a charming surface can cover real coercion.
