North Node in the 9th house

The north node is a direction rather than a force: it marks the unfamiliar territory worth developing. In the 9th house it points outward: long travel, higher study, belief held deliberately, and a wider frame than daily information supplies. These people are usually good at detail, local knowledge and the immediate answer. The growth is in committing to a view of things rather than collecting more facts, and in going somewhere far enough away to be changed by it.
