Saturn in Leo

Leo is fixed fire ruled by the Sun, and Saturn is in its detriment here: the sign wants display where Saturn imposes restraint. Confidence is not automatic, and creative work gets judged severely by the person making it. These people often hold back from the spotlight, then arrive at real authority through practice rather than flair. Praise is awkward to accept. The reward is craft: what they eventually show has been tested, and it carries weight because of the years of doubt behind it.
